Dear Mark, I attended the Unbelievable Conference yesterday and I wanted to thank and encourage you for your presentations. Both of the sessions gave me food for thought and I am still chewing over what you said. I was the young man who asked a question about “free will” in the suffering presentation, although I’m not sure I articulated what I really meant.
I acknowledge that I am not a theologian and haven’t been to Bible college etc, so please forgive my ignorance and lack of understanding. I particularly appreciated the number of times throughout the day you mentioned wisdom and discernment (and I acknowledge I may lack both). So for that, I’m grateful.
My prayer and hope is that God’s kingdom comes and His will is done, and that anything that isn’t from Him will fall away.
Finally I want to encourage you in the work you do in engaging with young people, it’s absolutely vital and seems quite distinctive. I like the heartbeat of it. God bless you.
P.S. Feel free to email directly to the above email address.
